What Our Warranty Covers

Our limited warranty applies to Sunroleds products purchased directly from Sunroleds or from authorized distributors or dealers. During the valid warranty period, and subject to approved review, we may repair or replace products that are confirmed to have manufacturing-related defects.

  • Warranty begins from the original date of purchase.
  • Coverage applies only during the stated warranty period for the product category.
  • Repair or replacement is provided for approved warranty claims.
  • Replacement products may include equivalent or upgraded versions if product updates have occurred
  • All warranty claims must be reviewed and approved through our RMA process before return.

What Is Not Covered

To protect both project performance and fair service standards, the warranty does not apply to failures caused by improper installation, misuse, or operating conditions outside product requirements.

  • Improper wiring, installation, or connection
  • Use with non-approved components or incompatible systems
  • Damage caused by neglect, misuse, alteration, or poor handling
  • Operation in unsuitable temperature, humidity, or voltage conditions
  • Damage during shipping handled outside agreed responsibility
  • Damage caused by force majeure or natural events
  • Labor cost, on-site service cost, or other indirect replacement-related expenses
