Normally it takes 3-5 days for samples, 7-20 days for bulk orders; but It still depends on orders status and raw materials

Our main warranty is 5 years warranty for LED strips and 2-year warranty for solar light

Different quality has different MOQ. but trial order and free samples are available

Yes. MOQ is 1000 meters for customized strips

In order to save bank charge, we recommend following ways

< USD500 :  PayPal / Weston Union; > USD1000: T/T

Regularlly it will take 5-10 days for courier. 30 days for vessel shipment. It depends on Pratical situation

We will provide you different channels for your option and offer you cheapest one

We will keep you informed of the order status and let you know the tracking number and necessary documents after shipment.
